Our welcome to the trailer after the wedding . . .
Driving to the trailer, while talking to mom on the phone, she was saying she should have painted "Just Married" on the truck so everyone in the park would know, but as we rounded the corner and discovered what Lise had organized we quickly realized it wasn't necessary for us to have it all over the truck because it was all over the trailer instead. Apparently there was lots of speculation about what we were celebrating, some even wondering if we'd had a new baby . . . LOL . . . I guess most everyone thought we were already married. We were so surprised to see that our wonderful friend had gone to the bother of having decorations waiting for us.
Thanks to Lorraine and Beth, Lise had some great signs to post on the trailer.
Our neighbour, and Lise's co-conspirator, Ann, left us this beautiful flower and did the handiwork on the trailer.
Apparently balloons don't do so well in rain storms, the decorator wasn't sure which day we were arriving so the balloons had to weather a storm on Saturday. We were told the rain drops were bouncing about a foot off the road surface, I'm glad we missed that . . .
Neighbours, Joanne and Ron left us a very nice bottle of wine ...
